The identification above applies exclusively to the owner of unftcoin.com. UNFTChain is the independent network and unftchain.org is its reference website; these details do not identify UNFT Labs as the owner of that website or as the network's governing body.

UNFTcoin.com brings together information about the UNFTChain ecosystem and UNFT Labs' mining license offering. The website is a meeting point for both projects.

UNFT Labs and UNFTChain share founders. Their common origin and collaboration do not make them a single project or give UNFT Labs control over the network.

You are purchasing a mining license

UNFT Labs offers software licenses to operate a mining node on UNFTChain: to participate in creating blocks in which coins are issued under the protocol rules.

The fee covers the license and services included in the chosen option: use on your own Linux hardware or with professional hosting. From the instalment corresponding to month 13, the remaining instalments may be paid in UNFT, subject to the applicable payment terms. The license is active for the participant from day one and, after all 60 instalments under the lease terms, becomes their full property; they may then keep, use or transfer it.

The network is governed by its participants

UNFTChain is an independent network. Miners, Storage nodes and hosts participate autonomously in its governance through the participation and voting mechanisms established by the network.

UNFT Labs does not act as UNFTChain's central governing body. Commercial collaboration and shared founders do not give it authority to impose decisions unilaterally on the network's participants.

Software development, technical support and hosting are functions distinct from governance. The reference for understanding the protocol and organization of the network is UNFTChain.org ↗.

Rewards, incentives and airdrop

Mining rewards are allocated according to the protocol. A node that produces a valid, accepted block directly receives the miner's share specified in the block allocation.

Participation incentives and the airdrop are separate programs from purchasing a license. Each has its own requirements, allocations and terms. Requesting airdrop instructions by email does not purchase coins or, by itself, confirm an allocation.

The license does not guarantee a number of blocks, an amount of rewards, a market value for UNFT or recovery of the fees paid.

Each service has a responsible provider

UNFT Labs is responsible for the licenses and services it contracts with its customers, under the applicable terms. The network's independence does not remove those obligations.

UNFTChain governance decisions belong to its participants under the network rules. Services provided by third parties are identified in their own terms.

This page explains the relationship between the projects and the scope of the offering. It is complemented by the contractual terms and policies applicable to each service.

When you request airdrop instructions or join the Storage list, we process your email address, language, campaign, date, request status and evidence of consent. The purpose is to manage and respond to your specific request. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting earlier processing.

UNFTcoin updates have a separate, optional consent. You will not receive promotional communications if you do not tick the box. You may withdraw that consent by writing to the same address.

To protect forms from abuse, we process technical signals and temporary pseudonymous counters based on our legitimate interest in maintaining security. We do not store IP addresses in participant tables or make automated decisions with legal effects. When active, Turnstile is limited to checking whether a request appears to be human.

To apply regional airdrop availability, we use only the approximate continent derived from the connection. We do not store this data in the participant record, and IP geolocation does not establish nationality or citizenship.

Configured infrastructure and database, bot-protection and transactional-email providers may act as processors, currently Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services. Where providers or systems outside the European Economic Area are involved, processing will use the applicable safeguards.

Security counters expire within 24 hours. We retain participation records while the campaign or list is active and afterwards only for the periods required to meet obligations or address potential claims. Data used for updates is retained until you withdraw consent.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to support@unftcoin.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency ↗.

We do not install advertising analytics or sell data collected through these forms. External providers also apply their own terms and policies when delivering their services.
